Return & Refund Policy

 

At Fashzo, we strive to ensure that you have a smooth and satisfying shopping experience. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, we offer easy returns, exchanges, and refunds under the conditions mentioned below.


1. Return Window

You can request a return or exchange within 3 days of delivery.


2. Eligibility for Return

To be eligible for a return:

  • The product must be unused, unworn, and unwashed
  • All original tags and packaging must be intact
  • The item must be in original condition

Returns will only be accepted after a successful quality check.


3. Mandatory Proof for Claims

For damaged, missing, incorrect, or defective items, customers must provide:

A clear continuous unboxing video
Clear photos of the product and packaging
Order ID and issue details

Claims raised without proper proof may not be accepted.

4. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Innerwear and undergarments
  • Products marked as “Non-Returnable”
  • Items purchased during final sale / clearance sale
  • Used, washed, or damaged products

5. Exchange Policy

We offer exchange in case of:

  • Size issues

Exchange is subject to product availability.

  • COD Orders: Bank transfer / UPI
